Confined Water Discover SCUBA Diving
This introductory discover scuba diving course is conducted in confined water using one tank. This Program is great for kids of all ages 10+. You will be in shallow water to start and if comfortable will swim a little further into water too deep to stand. Here you get a chance to work on dive skills with an instructor to be more confident before doing any of our great supervised ocean dive sites. Going into your first ocean dives, at another time, this course will get you the skills needed to keep calm and comfortable while enjoying the best scuba diving around. This is the path to go so you can feel very confident when entering the Ocean for your first underwater experience with one of the best dive shops! If you love SCUBA diving as much as we do, you can apply the skills you learn in this course towards your PADI Open Water Certification. This is a great program for families, kids or big kids. This is one of or favorite programs to teach because it gives a very personal first hand experience at SCUBA Diving.
Open Water Discover SCUBA Diving
If you are comfortable in the water and just cannot wait, you can jump right in with our one or two tank Discover SCUBA Diving experience. We teach you the few intro skills in this scuba diving training class like clearing your mask, recovering your regulator, and clearing your regulator right there on the anchor line before you descend for your first amazing instructor supervised dive! After you return to the boat, you can jump back in with your instructor and enjoy another dive without worrying about any scuba diving training you accomplished on the first dive; it’s just fun scuba diving from there! This scuba diving course allows you plenty of supervision with only a four-student maximum to one instructor ratio. This experience can not be applied to any future certification.
Combo Discover SCUBA Diving - Confined and Open Water
This combo introductory discover scuba diving course begins with confined water training in shallow water. Here you get a chance to work on dive skills with an instructor to be more confident before your included, instructor-supervised ocean dives at our great scuba diving sites. Going into your first ocean dives during this diving class, you will have the skills to know how to keep calm and comfortable while enjoying the best scuba diving. This scuba diving course allows you plenty of supervision with only a four-student maximum to one instructor ratio. You will feel very confident when entering the Ocean for your first underwater experience. If you love SCUBA diving as much as we do, you can apply the skills you learn in this course towards your PADI Open Water Certification. For the certified diver that has not been diving in quite some time and believes that they need a refresher from an instructor, this is also a great scuba refresher as it includes a pool session prior to diving in the ocean.
Prerequisites: You will also need to be at least 10 years of age and make sure you’re happy with our terms & conditions. Now you are ready to call 1-813-586-4942 or send an e-mail. Be sure to fill out and bring this medical questionnaire with you to class. If you answered YES to any medical question, ensure that a doctor has completed the remainder of the form prior to diving with us. If you do not have a doctor's release and you answered YES to any questions, we will be unable to take you diving when you show up.
